Q: Do I need money to start? A: There are several financing options available, such as 96.5% FHA loans, or 100% THDA or Rural Dev. loans, we will let you know what you qualify for, just click on the "Apply Today" link on our home page.If you want to build your new home, a 10% deposit is required.
Q: How long does it take to build a home from the ground up? A: Typically it takes around 90 days, weather permitting.
Q: What if I do not have a social security number? Can I still buy a home? A: There are programs available for ITIN's. It usually requires between 10-20% down, but it is possible! Call us for details.
